Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Useful Tools LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use No Sweat Fantasy.

Account information can include a stable account identifier, email address, display name, time zone, sign-in method, and required acknowledgements. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the account details that provider makes available to us.

Game information includes leagues, team names, memberships, invites, picks, accepted lines and prices, Play Credit activity, results, standings, commissioner actions, and security or audit events.

When a commissioner sends an email invitation, we store the normalized recipient email with the individual invite and delivery record. This lets us deliver, identify, revoke, secure, and audit the invite. Invite records can remain after use, revocation, or expiry to prevent reuse and resolve security or support issues.

Your guidance level is stored on your device. We do not ask for bank or card information because No Sweat Fantasy has no deposits, purchases, entry fees, cash value, or prizes.

No Sweat Fantasy does not request or collect precise device location. The service can use the time zone you provide to display schedules and deadlines in local time.

We use information to authenticate you, deliver invites, provide leagues and picks, enforce shared rules, calculate balances and standings, settle results, prevent abuse, investigate failures, maintain audit history, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party targeted advertising. No Sweat Fantasy does not include advertising or payment processing.

Cloudflare provides web hosting and edge services. Supabase provides authentication and database services. Resend delivers transactional emails such as league invitations and account recovery messages. Google or Apple participates only when you choose that sign-in method. These providers process information for us under their own notices and our configuration or instructions.

The Odds API supplies sports schedules, lines, and scores to our server. We do not send your identity, league, or picks to that provider, and opening a page does not trigger a provider request.

We keep active account and game information while needed to operate the service. You can delete your account from Account or ask us to help. Commissioners must first transfer or archive active leagues so one deletion cannot disrupt other members.

Account deletion removes sign-in access, closes active memberships, and replaces the account and team names with “Former Member.” We retain limited security, invite, audit, settlement, and competitive-integrity records so completed league results remain accurate, invite links cannot be reused, and disputes or abuse can be investigated. We retain these records only for as long as they serve those purposes or as required by law.

You can update your display name from Account. To request access, correction, or deletion of other personal information, email calvin@nosweatfantasy.com. We may need to verify that the account is yours before completing a request.

No Sweat Fantasy is for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow people under 18 to create accounts. We ask for an age eligibility acknowledgement but do not collect a birth date or government identification for routine account setup. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the account and delete information when appropriate.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can promise perfect security. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or full private invite links.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
